    Hi I am Neela and I have planter fascia. Also I suffer from myofacial tress and have difficulties walking and climbing steps. Looking for strengthening my fascia. My hamstrings don’t work because of nerve connectors misfire.
    Seeing help. I do corrective weight training.

  2. Hi Neela, We specialize in restructuring dense and unhealthy fascia so it can return to it’s healthy, supple, plyable state. So you are in the right place! In Video 3 you will learn 3 hamstring stretches that will be key for your symptoms. One of them directly impacts plantar fasciitis. If you keep up stretching, do it correctly, and add it to your regular life, you will find that things like climbing stairs and walking get so much easier. I can’t wait to hear how it goes!
