Get Started

Something for everyone.

Your unbreakable, bendable body starts here.

Self stretching with the Bendable Body Method is one of the easiest and best ways to relieve tension, knock out chronic aches and pains, and heal nagging injuries.

We offer classes at our beautiful Manhattan studio, and for a limited time, we’re offering an amazing class lineup at the Saks Wellery.

Private, assisted stretching sessions are unparalleled when it comes to getting rid of pain and stiffness quickly.

You literally ‘get stretched’ by one of our flexibility experts. These specialized sessions help you release the stress, tension, and toxins so you can get on with living your life.

Occasionally the Bendable Body team offers special workshops and training events around the country. To keep updated on what we are offering in your area, subscribe to our email list. (No spam, we hate it too.)

Would you like to have Bendable Body come to your town? Let us know. We’d love to hear from you.
