A towel or cushion can be used for under your knees when kneeling or under your head when laying down but are not required. Many of the stretches are done standing up or sitting in a chair, and some stretches require a wall, small floor space and a yoga mat.
Is there customer service?
Yes! Members can ask questions 24/7 in the comment section underneath any video about stretching, technique, how to navigate the site, etc. John and Sita personally respond to every inquiry. And if you have any technical issues, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to help resolve them.
