During these one on one, interactive sessions with John, you'll learn the correct way to stretch, get expert biomechanical analysis and be led through a self stretching routine designed specifically for you. Single Sessions and a 10 Pack of Sessions are available.
We guide you through a routine and provide you with a hard copy version to continue practicing on your own.

In person Self Stretch Private Sessions are priced the same as online sessions and are available at our Redding CT studio location.
In-Person Assisted Stretching
During these one on one, hand-on Sessions, you literally 'get stretched'. On the physical level, this comes in the form of stretching your arms, legs, torso, hands, feet — your whole body. On other levels, however, this may look like things you’d never expect from this kind of training — freedom from emotional wounds that you’ve carried for years, increased energy, and a feeling of health and vitality that you’ve maybe never experienced before.
During a 90 minute session we seek out the stiffest and densest fascia in your body to find the root cause of your pain and remove it.
